PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
- Analyze business rules and customer requirements and translates those requirements into technical design specifications
- Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD’s), System Design flows, Sequence Diagrams providing the appropriate scope of work for the team
- Familiar with Agile methodology, ASAP methodology and Design Thinking
- Support, consult and interact with stakeholders, partners and customers
- Requires cross platform integration knowledge
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with the QA teams
- Providing technical solutions/system solutions to fix real-time technical issues.
- Having excellent problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and suggest product road maps
- Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as a team player
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in computer science or business management and related fields
- 3 + years’ experience preferred
- Experience with full life-cycle implementations
EXPERIENCE
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience with hands on technical skills
